About Lion's Windows & Doors

A Las Vegas Window and Door Company With the Crew Size to Deliver

A Lion's Windows & Doors crew member in a light blue company polo stands beside a branded white pickup truck in a Las Vegas suburban neighborhood, with stucco homes and palm trees visible in the background. The truck door displays the company's lion logo along with "Lion's Windows & Doors — Installation · Repair · Sales." The clear desert sky and southwestern-style architecture reflect the Las Vegas residential setting where the company performs window and door installations.

Residential and commercial service under one company — no outsourcing to fill the scope.

Who We Are

A Las Vegas-Based Window and Door Installation and Repair Company

We serve residential homeowners and commercial property operators across greater Las Vegas — the City of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Paradise, and the surrounding Clark County communities. Both residential and commercial work run under the same company, staffed by the same six-person crew operating from our office on Desert Inn Road.

Residential

Single-family homes, replacement projects, and HOA-compliant installs across the valley.

Commercial

Warehouse rolling steel, storefront entries, and multi-bay commercial door systems.

All Door Types

Front, sliding, French, pivot, and commercial — plus window installation and glass replacement.

Our Story

Built Here in Las Vegas — Not Relocated From Somewhere Else

A Lion's Windows & Doors crew member in a branded blue t-shirt and cap shows a tablet screen to a smiling female homeowner in an orange top outside her Las Vegas-area home, reviewing project details together. A white Lion's Windows & Doors service van is parked in the residential driveway behind them, with desert landscaping and stucco homes visible under a bright desert sky.

Lion’s Windows & Doors launched in Las Vegas in 2025.

This matters in a market like Las Vegas. The desert climate creates specific demands on windows and doors that take time to learn on the ground. Vinyl that performs fine in moderate climates behaves differently at sustained Las Vegas summer temperatures — which is exactly why we approach window replacement built for Las Vegas heat differently than a crew without desert experience would. Sliding door tracks in a haboob corridor accumulate grit at a rate that surprises crews without desert experience.

The other thing we built for from day one: scope. Residential-only and commercial-only scope are the norm in this market — we cover both under one company. A property manager who needs six sliding doors repaired across a rental portfolio and a rolling steel door replaced at the warehouse can call one number. A homeowner who needs a front door installed and a business owner who needs storefront entry installation get the same level of care from the same crew.

That’s the company we set out to build. And because we were built here rather than relocated from another market, we understand why a local Las Vegas contractor makes a difference on every job. We’re still building it — but the foundation is in place.

The Team

A Six-Person Crew Sized for Concurrent Residential and Commercial Service

Most Las Vegas window and door operations at the small-contractor level run one or two installers — which means a scheduling backlog the moment two jobs land on the same week. With six crew members, we run concurrent residential and commercial projects without one delaying the other.

Credentials & Certifications

Licensed, Insured, and Operating in Compliance With Nevada Contractor Requirements

We operate under licensing and insurance requirements because they protect the customer as much as they define our business. A licensed, insured contractor means recourse exists if something goes wrong — and the person on your job site has been vetted at a level unlicensed operators have not. Verify any contractor (including us) directly with the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Nevada Class B-2

Doors, Sash and Glass license — applies to installation projects exceeding $1,000 in combined labor and materials.

Workers' Compensation

Workers’ compensation insurance carried for every crew member on every job site.

Clark County Licensed

Clark County business licensing current and verifiable. Documentation available on request before any work is scheduled.

Publicly Verifiable

Standing verifiable through the Nevada State Contractors Board public license lookup. We encourage every homeowner and property manager to use it.

Our Standards

Five Non-Negotiables on Every Lion's Job

Every job at Lion’s Windows & Doors gets measured, confirmed, and executed against the same standards. Desert climates are harder on windows and doors than most homeowners or facility managers realize — these are built for what Las Vegas actually asks of these products.

01

Product Selection Matched to Las Vegas

UV-stabilized frames, NFRC-rated glass units, and hardware specified for the thermal expansion range this climate produces — roughly 40°F in winter to 115°F in summer.

02

Measurements Verified Before Ordering

Wrong measurements mean a unit that doesn’t fit. We don’t order until the rough opening is field-confirmed by the same crew that will install it.

03

Commercial Jobs Staffed for Full Scope

Multi-bay warehouse doors and commercial rolling steel installs get the full crew. No sending two people to a six-bay job.

04

No Handoffs Between Measurement and Install

The crew that measures is the crew that installs. Specification accuracy doesn’t survive a chain of handoffs from one party to the next.

05

Cleanup Is Part of the Job

The site looks better after we leave than it did when we arrived. That’s not optional — that’s a standard.

After the Job

Every Installation Backed by a Straightforward Call-Back Commitment

If something isn’t right after we leave — a seal that wasn’t seated correctly, a door that binds after the first week of temperature swing, hardware that needs adjustment — we come back and fix it. No runaround. The crew that installed it is the crew that addresses it.

The window and door products we install carry manufacturer warranties that pass through directly to you. Before any job starts, we walk you through what warranty coverage applies to the specific units being installed — so you know exactly what you’re backed by before the first measurement is taken.

We’re a company that launched in 2025 and is building a long-term reputation in Las Vegas. The fastest way to undercut that is to disappear after a check clears. We don’t.
